• Current TDA is 03 document [E-Date: 1 OCT 02]

- Document has been loaded into PMAD.

- Requisitioning for proponents and TASS BNs should be normal.

- Out-of-cycle change for next MOC window is being worked to
implement MOI. Request is currently being staffed at DA.

• FORSCOM claiming TRADOC has 46 excess TXI.

- FORSCOM has stated they will come to TRADOC formally and request
that 46 additional positions be coded as non-TXI.

- Plan is to code proponent and TASSD positions as non-TXI.

• Title XI TDA is under control.

TASS Title XI Funding

• Funded each year directly by DA (MDEP TRCS)

- Funds are not fenced , but are "spec vis".

• Always gets high priority from DA (AC/RC)

- Currently FORSCOM's number one priority.

• Funding currently in the POM through 09.

- Dollars are not a problem in the TRADOC TXI
Program.

FY03 Title X

• Proponent Schools are responsible for TDY for
their affiliated TASS Battalion Title XI
personnel

- DJAS should facilitate this change.

• Proponents will report status of funds each
quarter fifteen days after End of Quarter

- Format will be published IQ, FY03 for 15 Jan 03

report.

• Proponents will identify requirements and
request funding for FY04 prior to 1 April 2003

- Mid-year corrections will occur in April as well

• USARC and NGB request TXI funding from DA

- Sustainment funds are for " care and feeding" of TXI

• NGB is not currently receiving DA funds

- Sends "out-of-hide" dollars to States each year

• USARC currently receives approximately $1.0M

- DIV(IT)s are funded based on stated requirements and
past execution of dollars

• If you need something, keep pushing it up the
RC chain. If you get no response, tell the Senior
TXI.

• First time delinquency over 60 days is
grounds for first warning

• Second time delinquency over 60 days is
automatic second warning

• Third delinquency is automatic
cancellation of the soldier from the Army
credit card program
